Assistant Manager | Luxury Retail | Central London | £35,000 - £40,000 basic + Bonuses

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for an amazing luxury watch and jewellery retailer who have a brilliant opportunity in Central London.

This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a highly successful retailer as an Assistant Manager,manage a high performing team and add significant value to the rest of the business

As a Luxury Manager, you will be extremely visible in your store, you will be willing and able to support colleagues to develop and progress.

You will be very passionate about service, can motivate your team and work hard to deliver a unique experience tonew and returning clients and customers.

What we want in our new Luxury Assistant Manager:

Provide a unique service to high value clients and customers
Must be commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are under performing
Drive and manage CRM activity
Arrange personal appointments for clients and customers
Manage a team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times
Experience of working with leading luxury brands in watches, jewellery, cosmetics, fashion, luxury accessories or related product categories
Drive sales and performance with your management team
Undertake specialist service for high value clientele
Engage with exclusive customers for VIP events and specialist services

Our new Assistant Manager will be working in a high-profile position where you can fully use your luxury retail skills and experience.

You will be given the autonomy, the freedom and the control to drive your team and take the business to the next levelwith retail sales and networking with high value clients/customers
