ibml is a fast growing IT company with its UK office based in Wrecclesham, just outside Farnham.

We are looking for someone to join our team ASAP to help develop sales leads.

The role is 70% sales and 30% marketing focused and will see daily activity to include using social media to find prospective clients, managing contact databases, and making calls to prospects to qualify their needs before handing off to the senior sales team.

Ideally this role will suit someone who is looking for an entry role into IT sales, or looking for an entry position into an extended marketing role.

We are looking for someone with an A-level plus education, who is confident in making phone calls, articulate and keen to contribute and grow.

While ibml is a global team of 240 people, our Farnham office is a small dynamic team of about 10 people.

Experience is an advantage but not essential, we are simply looking for the right personality and mind set.

The role is advertised with a £25k base salary and a £10k commission package (£35k OTE), but if you come with a ton of experience we would consider paying more.
