Civil Engineering Crew ltd is a recruitment agency specialised in Civil Engineering and Construction. We provide a skilled and experienced workforce to assist companies with various projects.


Based at:
Office and Construction Site visits as required


Job purpose:

Responsible for completing administrative and operational tasks, for assisting with secretarial tasks and recruitment processes.


Key responsibilities:

Producing documents and invoices in Word, Excel, PDF

Producing and processing timesheets

Keeping office records up to date

Data entry

Answering phone enquiries

Ensuring company policies and procedures are upheld

Providing a point of contact and communication between senior management and employees, client and senior management

Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation and protect the company brand via appropriate intellectual management.


Specific Job Skills:

Experience in an office-based job.

Appreciates and upholds the need for the consistency of the company image.

Great verbal and written communication skills


Computer Skills:


Language Skills:

Fluent English

Intermediate to Fluent French (highly advantageous but not mandatory)


Personal profile:

Excellent interpersonal skills, effectiveness and motivation. Likes to work to precision. Understands direction promptly. Holds a driving licence.


Hours:

£20h per week


Salary:

£9.50/h
