Description

The case handler role consists of handling of customer case's and their data, logging and inputting this into the system along with personally dealing with personal needs and concerns.

Case handlers as a whole administrate the second stage of the business'sinternal process, dealing with a number of pre-filtered clients whilst collecting and organising existing data for the use of the company, whilst adhering to existing legislative guidance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling and dealing with company clients
  • Handling legislative cases
  • Recording and ordering data
  • Answering queries
  • Delivering information about the clients services
  • Dealing with outbound/inbound calls
  • Receiving customer feedback
  • Managing and handling incoming calls
  • Assessing customer needs and requirements
  • Verifying claims
  • Reporting to team manager

Profile

  • An excellent communicator, both written and spoken
  • Organised
  • Experienced with 1 year in customer service
  • Experienced within a legal background
  • Impartial and confidential
  • Proficient in handling multiple cases
  • Eager to learn and grow with the business
  • Able to adhere to a variety of corporate regulations and internal guidelines
  • Able to cooperatively or independently work
  • Able to work within a rota schedule
  • Able to problem solve

Job Offer

  • 37.5 hour working week
  • Commission based
  • Rota working week: 9am5pm/11am7pm
