What's the purpose of the role?


To provide professional and timely support to the sales function, by managing all aspects of billing, provisioning and sales support.

This is a key role within a highly dedicated team, which adds real value to our internal colleagues and to our customers


What will you be doing?

  • Processing sales orders via CRM
  • Providing sales colleagues with supplier information and data
  • Checking data accuracy (within the billing system and for orders submitted)
  • Regular reporting from our systems
  • Contacting colleagues to resolve queries
  • Liaising with suppliers and other departments on deliveries
  • Building strong relationships with both suppliers and customers
  • Setting up supplier accounts and monitoring buy prices
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Communicating feedback from customers internally
  • Staying up to date with new products and features

Who are you?


You will have previous experience as a sales administrator, billing administrator or sales support agent, with strong IT and systems skills, and a real willingness to go the extra mile for colleagues and customers.


Experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) is essential for this role, as well as excellent organisational and multitasking skills.


You are a true team player with a high level of dedication to your role, the ability to work to deadlines and excellent attention to detail.

£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
