About The Role:


You will be responsible for supporting the Campaign Manager with the creation and execution of all LOOKFANTASTIC campaigns across both offline and online channels.

Reporting into the Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting with the delivery of quarterly campaigns covering BAU, trade and commercial campaign activations.

You will consistently bring to life the brand values through campaigns and bring value to our consumer through different marketing channels.


Strategy Development:

  • Support Head of Campaign& Content and Campaign Manager in planning, building and executing a sustainable and global communications strategy, in which campaigns will drive brand awareness and ensure future growth of LOOKFANTASTIC.
  • The Campaign Executive will be required to work collaboratively with our inhouse creative & production agency, THG Studios, as well as social & influencer, content, events and digital marketing teams to bring the brand to life.
  • Create and deliver quarterly and monthly campaigns for LOOKFANTASTIC planning campaign activity to coincide with major launches/trends/customer insights etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with the launch of all campaigns, from campaign ideation to 360 channel execution.
  • Daily coordination of campaign calendar, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth activation.
  • Work alongside the studios team to deliver exceptional campaigns
  • Contribute to the brief & planning of quarterly LF campaigns, working closely with the creative team & key stakeholders.
  • Support on wider campaign brief writing & supporting docs (visual decks / mood board / asset matrix).
  • Support on the sample process for campaign photoshoots.
  • 360 campaign activation planning both online and offline i.e competitions / collaborations / OOH events.
  • Support in the delivery of campaign events & seasonal activations, from planning phase to delivery.
  • Work closely with the Campaign Manager on all marketing admin i.e PO's / organizing presentations, assisting & presenting necessary campaign decks.
  • Attend key campaign shoots and assist with sample coordination and delivery.
  • Create campaign wrapup reports to detail performance overview and share with wider stakeholders.
  • Work closely with digital partnerships teams on delivering campaigns across 3rd party sites.

Requirements:


  • Degree educated (preferably in a related discipline)
  • 12Years marketing / campaign experience (brand or agency)
  • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and budgets for multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Creative ability to plan & deliver engaging marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion for all things beauty
  • Broad understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing
  • Commercially astute
  • Proactive mindset and cando attitude. Be able to identify opportunities and pursue them with speed.
  • Able to bring new ideas and proposals to execute with excellence across our owned digital channels and to provide valued input into marketing plans.
