My Bradford based client who has over 100 years industry experience is looking for a customer service advisor to join their expanding team.

You will be joining a social and friendly office with everyone very much driven to ensure that customers receive outstandingcustomer service.

What's in it for you?

  • Hybrid working after 6 months
  • Up to 14% employer pension contribution
- £20,000 basic which increases to £21,000 after 6 months

What are we looking for?

  • Phone based customer service experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a regulated environment
  • Strong organisational skills
What you will be doing?

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to all policyholders
  • Making policy amendments
  • Working within SLA's
  • Keeping the CRM up to date
