Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator with a passion for working with offenders who are traditionally marginalised by both society and pre-existing health and social care services.

The post holder will be working within the emerging Enhanced Reconnect (ER) service as part of a dynamic and supportive multi-disciplinary team, which sits within a wider Team Around the Individual (comprised of health and social care, probation, police, and third sector staff).

ER in the southwest covers Cornwall to Gloucestershire, and is dedicated to providing a psychology-led service by supporting individuals 6 months pre-release from prison, and up to 12 months post-release.

ER aims to support the reintegration of individuals back into community, family, social, education, and work situations via a trauma-informed, formulation-driven, and person-centred approach.

At present, the funding for the service lasts until March 2025.

We are one of four pilot sites being rolled out across England, with a view to expand geographically in line with the NHS Long Term Plan.

The team offers hybrid working which is flexible according to business need and is based in Exeter.
