  • Job Title: Qualified Children's Residential Support Worker
  • Salary: £10.50
  • Location: West Bromwhich
  • Recruit Social are looking to hire exceptional Qualified Children's Residential Support Worker, to join our client's Residential home based in West Bromwhich.
  • As a Qualified Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for all children. We like our staff to build a positive working relationship with the children and other staff.

What are we looking for:


  • Be an inspiring practitioner with great knowledge of child development.
  • Be a great leaded and lead by example.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • At least 1 years experience in a Team Leader role.
  • Valid DBS Certificate and Update Service.
  • Valid Drivers License and willing to drive.
  • Working 1 on 2 off shift pattern including on average 6 to 8 sleeps per month.


We are committed to safeguarding children in the residential home so an enhanced DBS check will be conducted for this role.
