Role Summary

  • Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors and applicants.
  • Following office procedures & policies
  • Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Order EPC's / required compliance
  • General touting for organic business growth
  • Registering applicants and booking in viewings
  • Conducting viewings in a professional manner
  • All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback
  • Proactively ring thorough our database for business generation
  • Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material

Person Specification
We're looking for someone that is a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for you To join our family, you'll need to have;

  • Previous sales/commercial experience
  • Want to join a successful and growing business
  • Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
  • Has a natural selling ability
  • Has a natural flair for dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
  • Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
  • Ideally has 1 years' experience in a similar role
