ROLE OVERVIEW:


Optima Care is a dedicated care provider specialising in residential services for individuals with severe/enduring mental health conditions and intellectual disabilities with complex needs.

As we expand, we are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.


As a Recruitment Coordinator for Optima Care, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the seamless integration of new staff members into our organisation.

This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can collaborate with various stakeholders to meet our staffing needs efficiently.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES:


1.


Recruitment Administration:


  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and coordinate with recruitment agencies as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage the endtoend recruitment process for all positions advertised.

Onboarding:


  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate training schedules and assist in the creation of onboarding materials.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarise new staff with the organisation's policies, culture, and expectations.

Documentation and Compliance:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and metrics related to recruitment and onboarding processes.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or care provider sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Exhibit a vibrant and engaging personality to assist in fostering transparent communication and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
  • Ideally have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
