Terumo Aortic requires an individual to provide pro-active support for customer shipments required on a daily basis and prioritise based on feedback from the Customer Care team.

Key Duties:

Ensure finished goods products are processed on a daily basis and maintained
Processing of all customer shipments on a daily basis
Preparation of shipping documents and invoices
Conduct regular cycle counts driven via company MRP system and ensure that results are reported to relevant parties (finance; customer services; planning)
Ensure compliance with Aviation Security regulations for export control
Contribute to lean initiatives in the dispatch area that form part of the continuous improvement agenda for Dispatch Ad hoc project work as and when required
Ensure best practice Health & Safety are observed and applied at all times

Skills and Experience required:

Previous experience in a Customer Services, Logistics / Finished Goods environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Computer literate in MS Office products
Knowledge of export documentation, procedure and current legislation
