Description
There are a number of responsibilities that will need to be undertaken by the Scan4Safety Operative, which include:
  • Customer relationship management with key stakeholders
  • Developing knowledge about key products and understanding the key requirements of wards and other areas at the Trust.
  • Utilising the Trust's Inventory Management System.
  • Helping to maintain storage areas and hubs.
Ensuring that the right levels are stock are available and are replenished as required.

  • To hold regular reviews with wards and departments, working towards a continous improvement culture
  • To carry out regular stock takes.
  • To monitorsupplier performance and to organise for the return of goods, or the switching of suppliers where required.
