The Role

Our fantastic IT team currently have an exciting opportunity for a CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Specialist to join us in our Bristol office.

The CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Specialist is a key driver of our digital marketing initiatives within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.

This role is dedicated to crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance the customer journey and deliver personalised experiences at scale.

As an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Specialist will leverage the platform
's full suite of tools to drive engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty.

This specialist will lead efforts to integrate marketing strategies seamlessly across various digital channels, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

By optimising marketing automation and data-driven insights, the CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in transforming data into actionable marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Reporting to the CRM Platform Lead, the CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Specialist is an integral part of the Business Platforms Team within IT, committed to leveraging technology to fuel innovative and impactful marketing solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Serve as the goto expert for all Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, guiding the team in leveraging the platform for maximum impact.
Assist with the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, including CRM and thirdparty tools, to enhance data flow and campaign efficiency.
Stay abreast of new releases and features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, driving continuous learning and improvement in marketing practices.
Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring marketing strategies are wellunderstood and effectively implemented.

What We're Looking for in You

Proficiency in data management within Marketing Cloud, with the ability to design complex data models and segmentation strategies.
Strong skills in marketing automation, journey design, and the implementation of dynamic content and personalisation.
Analytical skills to develop insights from campaign data and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
Excellent communication and training skills to disseminate knowledge and best practices within the team.
Awareness of regulatory compliance, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR, within the context of digital marketing.
