The successful Head of Integrations will work remotely.

The successful Head of Integrations will be offered:

£60,000
£80,000 Basic Salary (Depending on Experience)

To be considered for the Head of Integrations role you must have the following:

2+ years experience in relevant roles within a financial advice business
Previous experience in mergers and acquisitions integration
An understanding of the financial services industry
Strong interpersonal skills
Analytical skills to track and predict trends
Project management
Strong MS office skills
Organised and diligent
Willingness to travel is required

As a Head of Integrations, your role will involve:

Head the Integrations Division ensuring the smooth transition of all Acquisition projects and developing the division over time to meet increasing resource requirements.
Coordinate with the acquisitions team to ensure due diligence on potential acquisitions is completed to a high standard, identifying areas of opportunity/risks precompletion.
Produce detailed reports of potential acquisitions, making recommendations on the integration strategy.
Develop tailored integration plans for individual acquisitions.
Report on the progress of integration projects to the wider business, and ensure they conform to preagreed timelines/expectations.
Oversee all integration training programmes.
Oversight of data analysis activities, ensuring the accuracy of the information obtained.
Ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
