We are proud to be partnering with a renowned health focused charity to find an outstanding temporary Digital Content Administrator on a full time basis for the next 6 months.

This is a remote position and quarterly attendance to London meetings are required.

The Digital and Content team has significantly expanded over the past couple of years.

The Head of Digital and Content is now leading a team of 22 FTE, 4 fixed-term FTE, various freelancers and multiple long-term digital strategy and development partners.

Overseeing a highly ambitious digital roadmap made up of several major transformation projects and the implementation of two new strategies.

You will be co-ordinating the team budget including credit card consolidation, monitoring team spend, raising purchase orders and coordinating invoice approval.

You will also schedule meetings and filter requests. Setting and communicating agendas and preparing relevant documentation, papers and activities (e.g. producing MIRO boards), taking minutes. You will also oversee supplier communications, reviewing proposals and co-ordinating any required tender processes.

You will be putting together basic presentations and team updates and coordinating internal comms around team activities and stakeholder updates.

Creating a library of Digital and Content processes, followingup with relevant team members at key milestones e.g. monthly reports, deleting data, changing passwords etc.
Supporting the Head of Digital and Content with the content strategy processes project, helping to audit and review existing policies and ways of working and documenting any proposed changes.
Supporting the wider team Digital and Content team with admin e.g. resourcing, junior project management, chasing copy/content/briefs for projects.
