My client, an award winning provider of Social Housing across London, requires a Neighbourhood Officer for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Working as part of the neighbourhood team you will take a leading role in providing housing and tenancy managementto a mixed tenure patch of properties across East London.

As a Neighbourhood Officer you will be responsible for engaging and developing relationships with the residents on your patch ensuring that a first class customer-centric service is delivered for all aspects of the tenancy experience.

Your previous housing management experience will enable to you conduct viewings and sign ups, investigate low level ASB and nuisance cases, (and escalate serious breaches to ASB team), monitor rent payments, ensure that estates and properties are well maintainedand resolve any tenancy queries with confidence.

Applicants must be confident in a customer facing role and be able to forge strong working relationships with other departments and external bodies to ensure that a first class service is delivered at all times.

This is a hybrid role which will enable you to work remotely for three days a week, the rest of time will be on site or in the clients open plan office.

A car is not required for this role.
