Team & Role

As a Quality Assurance Lead at Landytech, you will be responsible to lead and further build an efficient and successful Quality Assurance Team.

The Team would ensure that all our features meet internal and external requirements before reaching our customers.

You will work closely with our Client, Development, and Product Teams to define test processes, plans, scope and automation, as well as making sure our release management and validation process are following schedules and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

You will be managing a team of QA Analysts and Automation Tests Engineers
You will be designing processes for business acceptance criteria collection, communication with other teams, definition and execution of test plans
You will be following and ensuring progress of release management and validation
You will be defining the roadmap of new features and improvements needed for automation and processes execution

Your Skills & Expertise

You have proven experience in managing 5+ Quality Assurance Team
You have strong communication and mentorship skills and you enjoy building teams and developing team members
You have a good understanding and experience in testing procedure and testing plan definition
You have experience with automated UI test tools (Cypress) and CI tools
You are fluent in English
