About The Role:

Head of Security and Continuity

City of London

Bidvest Noonan are looking for a Head of Security and Continuity for a high-profile client in the City of London.

Overall Purpose

To be responsible for managing a team of security professionals in a high end corporate environment ensuring that all aspects of security are delivered in every task undertaken and that duties are carried out to the highest standard.

To ensure that Business Continuity under ISO 22301 is implemented and tested.

To be part of the Bidvest Noonan management team contributing to the company's efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery to employees and clients.

To be the principle contact for all clients' and ensure that the customer's experience is "second to none". To deal with any complaints or grievances.

Must be confident and a good communicator as you will be expected to liaise with senior management and clients to discuss the service requirements or any issues.

Management
In your role you should at all times display high levels of competence and must be prepared to exercise a high degree of flexibility and personal initiative

You will have a significant role in the security process and should have the ability to proactively identify areas that require improvement and innovation.

Ensure that the security operation complies with all relevant statutory requirements.

Ensure that the security operation complies with the client's requirements for business as usual.

Ensure that the security operation complies with the client's requirements to meet regulatory standards applicable to the client's business.

Ensure the security operation is capable of providing an effective first response to all incidents and emergencies.
