Sales Executive £28,000 Basic Salary + £10,000 Uncapped Commission

A fantastic sales executive position within the technology sector where there will be
no cold calling You'll be selling to a range of existing and new customers from a database of warm leads as well as existing clients.

Our client is a market leader within the tech industry, selling a variety of bespoke Audio-Visual solutionsto businesses across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a fast-growing business, where they're looking for someone to join the sales team who has a hunger for progression and self-development.


Our client is extremely open when it comes to previous experience, to be right for the role you will have come from one of the following roles: Sales (B2B or B2C), Recruitment, Insurance.

If you have experience in a phone-based sales role with a desire toprogress, this is the role for you


The role:

  • Outbound sales advisor role where you will be working through a warm database, predominantly speaking to existing customers who are currently dormant.
  • Prospect new business opportunities, where you will have full autonomy to venture down new markets.
  • A consultative approach to new business, where you will have to understand the customers current situation and tailor your pitch around their requirements.
  • Fact find and build relationships with customers, capturing their initial interest in our products, answering any queries they might have.
  • Liaise with the Business Development Managers in the sales team to support them through the sales cycle, sharing the information that has been discovered initially.
What is required from you?

  • 1 year's sales experience in a phonebased role, now looking to take the step up in your career.


  • Personality is key

  • You must be driven, motivated, with a desire to progress within a growing company.
  • Have a "hunter" mindset and a resilient approach to sales.
  • A great communicator and are comfortable speaking to a range of stakeholders over the phone.
  • No industry experience is required, all backgrounds are welcomed
