Description
How does working for a family run business which has doubled in size over the last decade sound?
You will be putting your excellent customer service skills in to practice by contacting clients to discuss their needs whilst providing advice and support on their policies, claims and overdues.
You have previous experience in a credit control or customer service role, or you're a grad looking to begin their career.
You're confident with dealing with customers over the phone, and competent with admin and enjoy working in a team environment.
In turn, you'll benefit from an annual salary of £25-35K depending on experience, 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), and hybrid working.
