REPORTING TO:
SCHEDULING MANAGER


General Overview
Responsible to carry out the day to day planning for the remote service engineers in the South East. Making sure that they have all that is needed to carry out their work. Liaising with other departments to achieve this and following any instructions given by the scheduling manager/service manager.


Main Responsibilities

  • Carrying out instructions from the service scheduling manager as required
  • Ensure the effective deployment of work to engineers according to customer sla's
  • Ensure clear communication to all customers via their respective portals to meet sla's
  • Ensure that the right parts are despatched at the right time to the right place when releasing orders to the warehouse for picking
  • Provide clear, detailed and accurate instructions for each job to all engineers
  • Ensure all engineers van stock requests are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Monitor the tracking system for all vans across the country
  • To provide clear visibility in the planner of nonproductive time
  • To provide clear visibility in the planner of annual leave
  • Overdue jobs to be looked at daily and the information to updated in the relevant portals work with service internal account managers
  • Phone calls engineer/planning related booking
  • Other work which may be necessary from time to time
  • To do nothing which would bring the company disrepute
  • Make sure all personal Health and Safety procedures are adhered to
  • Raising PPM visits when required
  • Report any Engineer issues/challenges to the service manager
  • Ensure all customer interactions are professional, helpful and friendly, respecting their challenges and needs as well as their residents and patients
  • Keep developing working relationship with engineers

From £23,000.00 per year
