Opus people Solutions are seeking Property Maintenance Operatives for an initial 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent in the Colchester/Ipswich area.

You will be provided with a works van and tools. There is no working away.


You will have 25 days holiday per year too, rising a day extra per year of service up to 30 days This will allow you to find a solid work life balance rather than being stuck on the M25 every day.

However, you will need a drivers license to travel to localproperties.


You will be experienced in:

  • Carrying out reactive repairs
  • Maintenance of domestic properties
  • Trade skills such as clearance, drainage, digging, fencing, roofing is advantageous.
