Description

Supervisor Permanent Contract for 16 hrs a week.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join Flying Tiger Copenhagen Northampton Rushden Lakes

Must be fully flexibleand available to work Monday through to Sundays, working different shift patterns ranging from 0700am to support deliveries to finishing later until 2100pm to support store closing.

With Keyholder Responsibilities, include being able to open and/or close the store.

Must be available to work addtional shifts

Leadership Experience desirable.

A Supervisor at Flying Tiger Copenhagen supports the Store and Deputy Manager in the efficient running of the store.

It's a hands-on role that involves ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and replenished to maximize sales, the warehouse is organised and the store team undertake their duties whilst delivering friendly customer service.

A Flying Tiger Copenhagen Supervisor is both creative and practical. They are adept at prioritizing, multi-tasking and implementing the Store/Deputy Manager's directive.

They have fantastic people skills, are flexible and positive in their approach, manage and empower others and have excellent organisational, operational and stock management skills.
