Reeds Rains are looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency franchise branch in Kenilworth on a full time, permanent basis.

Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the sale, purchase or let of a property as easy and straight forward as possible.

As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:

On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £ £24000 per annum
Day off in lieu for any Saturday worked

In the role of a Negotiator you will:

Register Customers and carry out property matches
Negotiate offers between all parties
Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
Display excellent customer service at all times

Industry experience is preferred but not essential, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
