Beaumont Home Care is a private and family-owned Temporary Care Work Agency based in Colchester, Essex. We are currently looking to grow our temping care team and are looking for like-minded people to make a 'real' difference in the lives of others.

We currently have vacancies in and around Colchester - so you will need to live within this area or nearby and be happy to use public transport to get to the location of the shift if you do not have a valid UK drivers license.

You must be eligible to liveand work in the UK and be over 18 years of age (a legal requirement to work as a Care Assistant).

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Care Giver, Health Care Assistant or within any 'caring environment' we would love to hear from you.

The main thing we will be looking for is for you to have a genuine passion to care and support our clients.

As a Temp Carer on our books you are able to pick up shifts that suit your flexibility covering temporary care shifts in residential care homes in the Colchester area.

Being a Temp Carer may also be a good security option for those of you that would liketo be able to find work if your current position suddenly drops in hours, or if you would like to pick up extra shifts.

Your duties on shift will include being a general companion for the clients you're working with.

This could include supporting the clientsin the local community and/or within their home by providing assistance with medication, washing, dressing, shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands and being an all round good listener/shoulder for our clients to rely on for support.
