Finance Manager l South Manchester + Hybrid | ACCA/ CIMA Qualified | Highly acquisitive Financial Services

Job Overview:

Axon Moore are exclusively working alongside an outstanding, fast paced and highly acquisitive organisation based in South Manchester who are looking for a Finance Manager to join in a new role.

On the back of several acquisitions, the organisation has now secured significant investment as they look to continue their exciting journey with this role playing a key part of the development of the finance function.

The position will report directly to a high calibre Finance Director, receiving mentorship to develop a career in an organisation that has untapped potential.

It is a fast paced, and autonomous position that can really define the next stage of someone's career as you will be managed by a high calibre team.

Salary:
£50,000-£60,000

Location:
South Manchester (4 days in the office)

Benefits:25 days annual leave, 10% discretionary bonus, health care plan, Birthday off

Financial Due Diligence of potential acquisitions.
Ownership of the monthly management accounts.
Monitoring business performance through financial forecasting and variance analysis.
Full responsibility of the daytoday finance function, including managing 1 member of staff.
Production of the monthly Board packs.
Responsible for all tax compliance.
Manage the payroll, pensions, and benefits process.
Support post acquisition implementation.
Identify efficiencies and process improvement.
