The Opportunity:

You'll be:

Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for reconciliations and associated processes
Taking ownership of and dealing with complex queries received into the team
Acting as the first escalation point for team colleagues to raise issues and complex queries with
Performing reviews of Learning Aids, both annually and when change occurs, thus ensuring all information is correct and up to date
Delivering small scale projects or defined tasks within larger projects to improve support to the business and to help deliver the company's strategic initiatives
Have proven experience within the financial services industry, specifically Life & Pensions
Have previous operational responsibility for accounting, reconciliation and financial reporting activity
Can display evident skills by using Microsoft Excel programmes such as Excel
Are a methodical individual with strong organisational and accuracy skills
