We are currently looking for a Production Operative to join our team in Swinton, Manchester.
As an Operative, you will be responsible for booking in, preparing, scanning or quality checking client files/customer documents accurately and efficiently in accordance with any work instruction, to produce high quality images as expected by the customer and meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA's).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow guidelines and procedures for processing documents
Prepare documents for scanning i.e. removal of staples, folds, attachments, booking in etc
Work well as a team to achieve scanning volume targets and all quality standards
Ensure all pages are scanned correctly and accurately
Communicate effectively and cooperatively with all colleagues and management
Quality check clients files/customer documents in line with daily, weekly and monthly targets

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
