ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Administration Assistant to join the team in our Distribution Centre based at Longtown Road, Dundee.

The main purpose of this role will be to allocate customer orders to warehouse colleagues and to provide admin support to the Intake, Put-away and Replenishment teams.

Other tasks involve carrying out investigations and reporting on variances, shortages and errors of stock.

You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks associated with customer charging, credits, uplifts, promotional ordering, milk ordering and the processing and compilation of various reports.

This post requires shift work including early mornings, late nights and weekends.
