Key Factors to consider:


  • Full-Time in office position
  • Falkirk
  • Operating hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 9 pm / Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 8 pm.
  • Shift rotation will fall within the above hours and will be set over a 6week period

Our client, a leader in frontline customer service and support, is looking for a Team Leader to join them in their newly refurbished Falkirk office.

Supporting a Team of up to 15 Advisors, you will play an integral role in:

  • Driving the delivery of great customer service through championing good performance
  • Workflow management
  • Support training needs, by collaborating with quality teams and coaches
  • Leading the team to success, by providing a positive working culture that feeds into the overall objectives of the business

Salary:
£26,000.00 per year
