Anson McCade are currently working with a high profile client to recruit a Mergers and Acquisitions Manger with a wealth of knowledge within the financial services space.

Our client is a world leader in putting together major mergers and acquisitions, theyresolve business crises - from international take-over bids to financial crime investigations and cases of insolvency.

About the role as a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager:

As part of the Financial Services team you will work on a range of client engagements, working primarily for private equity houses and multi-national cooperation's.

You will be working on high profile deals with top tier firms across the deals cycle andcollaborate with other Mergers and Acquisitions practices.

As a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager you will:

Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of clients and the companies quality criteria
Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients
Train, coach, and supervise staff
Be responsible for the financial management of clients
Lead business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Contribute to the development of your own and the team's technical skills
