Promoting my clients industry leading flat roof system, that includes a range of waterproofing solutions, in to roofing contractors, surveying practices and local authorities across South West London.

Package:
A competitive basic salary, an excellent uncapped OTE and one of the best benefits packages in the industry

South and South WestLondon, in to Kent, Surrey and Hampshire

Products:
A flat roof system, including waterproofing, insulation, solar and green roof solutions

Customers:
Roofing contractors, surveyors, local authorities and specifiers

THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:

Promoting an industry leading flat roof system, that includes a range of waterproofing options, insulation, solar PV and green roof solutions
A technical sales role, inheriting an established and well performing area to manage and develop
Tracking commercial refurbishment projects across the public and private sector
Working with an established network of roofing contractors, surveyors and local authorities

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

A sales professional with a successful track record of field sales within the construction industry
First class presentation and communication skills, and a consultative and structured approach is essential
My client will happily recruit from within the roofing, waterproofing and building envelope sector
Although this is not essential and my client will happily recruit from other construction sales backgrounds
