Contract: 12-month FTC
Salary:
£30,589 plus shift allowance of £9063

What are your responsibilities?
As a Technical Operator in our brewing function, you will:
- Be responsible for running high-speed packaging machinery efficiently and effectively.
- deliver FTR (First Time Right) on quality and process.
- Help drive continuous improvement through our Total Productive Management (TPM) programme.
What does it take?
To best succeed in this role you will need to be a motivated self-starter with a lean mindset and positive attitude.
- have solid qualifications in Maths and English
- a good understanding of IT systems
- be comfortable working in an automated manufacturing environment.
While not essential, previous experience in brewing is highly desirable.
