WHAT TO EXPECT
We are searching for a Lead Education & Culture Specialist. This role supports the delivery of Jaguar Land Rover's security education and culture programme.
The role seeks to reduce risk to Jaguar Land Rover by ensuring all colleagues, partners and subsidiaries understand and follow our security requirements and behave appropriately.
The role will support the delivery of Jaguar Land Rover's strategy on Information Security for the delivery of a high-quality Information Education and Culture programme to develop security knowledge, skills and behaviours through targeted and tailored education.
This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to work in an ever-changing threat landscape.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Accountable for the creation and delivery of training materials to grow the information and cyber security awareness of all JLR colleagues including suppliers and subsidiaries
- Responsible for consistent adoption of cyber security awareness training leading to a positive culture change
- Responsible for the development of an evidencedbased metric and scoring framework to measure the success of the programme against culture change
- Support security incident response with messaging and additional targeted awareness communications and training
- Develop and manage evidencebased measures and scoring to measure the success of the programme against culture change
- Conduct benchmarking and active measurements (e.g., phishing exercises) that support JLR's overall approach to risk reduction
- Deliver targeted education responses to identified risks and emerging threats
- Deliver tailored training for target groups and associated data i.e., the scope of the group, target outcomes, actual outcomes, remediation plans, followup exercises
- Responsible for creating and enhancing training materials to grow the information and cyber security awareness of all JLR colleagues including suppliers and subsidiaries
- Manages and enhances an evidencedbased metric and scoring framework to measure the success of the programme against culture change
- Delivers training and communication with colleagues and partners emphasising the strategic importance of Cyber Security
- Coordinate and support the cyber champion network to help reinforce cyber security messages and behaviours in the wider enterprise
- Conduct analysis and reporting to measure, steer and improve the education programme
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential -
- Strong track record of security training and awareness experience
- Ability to form complex 'communications and messages' in a simple, clear and concise manner to the various communities within JLR. This can include different cultures, nationalities, international locations and languages
- Project management experience, the ability to support and maintain a complex, organisationwide program
- Ability to communicate with and coordinate activities with others
- Understanding of the concepts of information risks and the different elements that make up risk
- Knowledge of information security principles and best practices and experience in managing information security risk
- Has a foundation level understanding of information and cyber security concepts
- Experience working in a strategically managed training programme, including performance measurement and continuous improvement
- Excellent analysis, reporting and content development skills
Desirable -
- Technical certifications (CRISC, CISM)
- Good experience in internal communications experience for global business
