Help Desk Officer

AfC Band 4 plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,591.56 per annum

37.5 Hours

Contract Duration - 2 Year Fixed Term until 2025

Post Details - To provide first line hardware and software support and advice to hospital staff. Meeting agreed Service Levels and delivering an effective and efficient end-user support interface for IT equipment/systems used.


Provide the hospital with an acceptable customer based first line support service through the IM&T department Help Desk for IT hardware, software faults, enquiries, general help and advice.


Experience within a Helpdesk environment is essential and the post holder will be expected to work in accordance with call handling procedures to ensure call are effectively resolved.
