We are looking for a Support Porter to join us at our client site in London.
Our client site is an international Art Gallery which has many different collections from around the world.


As a Support Porter you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as Support Porter:

  • Ensure all deliveries are checked on arrival at the Loading Bay, verifying the number of boxes/parcels and the name of recipients.
  • Move items in a safe manner using correct trolleys, around site.
  • To responsibly carry out quality checks and report any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • To ensure proper organisation of porter tasks to avoid congestion in the loading bay, meeting rooms, events areas, galleries, concourses, BOH areas and contribute toward the maintenance of a clean environment by picking up litter, reporting or dealing with spillages, etc.
  • Responsibly carry out quality checks and report any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure effective communications channels are maintained informing relevant parties of porter task completion.
