Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with legislative safety standards and processes for personnel and vehicles. This includes maintenance and record management.
Supervising daily activities of drivers and managing personnel schedules
Providing support for disciplinary investigations and note taking
Responsibility for planning and coordinating vocational training for drivers.
Providing suggestions for productivity improvements and coaching drivers
Maintaining contact with and acting as a key contact point for drivers.
Managing and following up on driver and vehicle reports, customer complaints and run outs.
