As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, your role will be instrumental in bringing our values to life by:

Collaborating with teachers to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that excites and inspires students.
Supporting individual student needs, whether it's helping them explore new concepts, providing additional guidance, or celebrating their achievements.
Assisting in the preparation of innovative and interactive lesson materials that encourage exploration and handson learning.
Encouraging a culture of excellence by promoting a growth mindset, resilience, and a love for learning.
Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school community.
Level 3 Childcare/ supporting learning and development
6+ months experience working in a Primary School is essential
A passion for education and a strong belief in the values of Excite, Explore, and Excel.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Willingness to adapt and learn new approaches to meet the evolving needs of our learners.
A positive and proactive attitude towards creating an enriching educational experience.

6+ months experience working in a Primary School is essential

Salary:
£75+ per day

Hours:
Full Time, 8: , Monday to Friday
