Who are we looking for?
- Be Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Have at least 1 years experience working in a HR environment (generalist experience is preferred but not essential).
What you'll be doing...
- To provide generalist HR advice and support to all employees on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures, with a view to resolving matters on advice.
- Ensure that HR/Employee Relations issues such as discipline, grievance, appeals and absence management are dealt with fairly, pragmatically and in line with legislation.
- Effectively prepare all HR documentation in a timely manner and in line with department SLAs, providing high quality, detailed and accurate information for a variety of scenarios.
- Coach managers to support them in developing their recruitment and people management skills as required, through both onetoone support and through the regular delivery of training workshops on a regular basis.
- Be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, collating monthly payroll information and conducting exit interviews.
- Support with all Office related and administrative tasks in absence of the People & Office Coordinator ensuring smooth day to day running of the office.

- Excellent communication skills verbal and written able to compose clear reports, correspondence and other documentation.
- Possess a strong work ethic and a positive 'cando' attitude to all tasks.
- Proactive with a process improvement mindset and a passion for bringing order to things.
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidence.
