HYBRID - FULL TIME PERMANENT - NICHE COMPANY - FLEXIBLE WORKING

My client is a well established client that has offices in Harlow and London.
We are currently looking for an Assistant Accountant.
The position reports to The Financial Controller and works closely with other team members in the Finance department.
There will also be cross training to cover other positions during absence periods.


Job role
Accounts payable - complete responsibility

Weekly bankline payment runs

Monthly distribution client payment runs

Monthly VAT returns

Quarterly VAT returns

Fixed asset management

Month end journals and system reports

Some Sales Ledger


Experience and Skills required
Accounts payable, dealing with suppliers especially freight,

Fixed Assets

VAT returns

Account Reconciliations

Good communication skill
