Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Lead the functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Develop and configure D365 Project Operations functionalities to meet client needs.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact for clients during project engagements.
- Facilitate client workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and ensure successful adoption of the solution.
Project Leadership:
- Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and business analysts.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Best Practices and Continuous Improvement:
- Provide thought leadership on D365 Project Operations best practices and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within client environments.
Training and Support:
- Provide comprehensive training to endusers and client teams.
- Offer postimplementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of D365 Project Operations solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations or similar ERP solutions.
- Proven track record of leading successful D365 implementations.
- Strong background in business process analysis and functional design.
Skills:
- Indepth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations functionalities and modules.
- Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong clientfacing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Certifications:
Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent is highly desirable.
Job Types:
Full-time, Freelance
Pay:
£500.00-£600.00 per day
