Description

Responsible for medium sized team (approx 8 staff) of picking and loading products into vehicles.

Must have warehouse experience and good leadership skills of ensuring the work gets completed within the shift as this will have a knock in effect to the delivery of products.

Whilst the person needs to have supervisory skills, they also need to be able to roll their sleeves up and get involved in the shift.

The loading of vehicles is critical so experience of vehicle stacking of multi drop products is a must, multi temperature preferable.

Main skills include attention to detail, team working and leadership, in particular leading a team and ensuring agreed practices are followed at all times, working "remotely" and gaining trust form management.

A critical role ensuring the business continues to strive for the highest level of efficiency and excellence, but also dynamic to "question the norm" and be proactive in trying new practices and being involved in continual improvement.

Salary:
£32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
