As a Counsellor Supervisor you will offer regular clinical supervision to High Intensity Counsellors working in the Xyla Digital Therapies Clinical Network.
The clinician will also be responsible for participating in the duty supervision rota and be available for risk calls if required.
The clinician will fully observe the BACP Code of Conduct and the Professional Practice Guidelines at all timesEvery day you will
- Provide expert clinical supervision of counselling delivery
- Provide regular group and one to one recovery focused supervision to the Clinical Network.
- Provide support for the management of risk and safeguarding queries
- Contribute towards the duty rota
- Work within the ethical framework for good practice stipulated by British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
- Address any clinical concerns with supervisees in the first instance and informing the Counselling Lead of those concerns where appropriate.
- Manage complaints and liaise with external referring services

To thrive in this role, you must have
- BACP Accredited
- CfD qualified
- A BACP recognised Counselling qualification (Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, for example)
- A BACP recognised Supervision qualification
