Customer Marketing & Behaviour Change Manager - London (Hybrid) - 4 Month contract - Inside IR35 - £350 per day PAYE

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a Customer Marketing/Campaign Manager with a strong knowledge of Behavioural Change to join one of their public sector clients in London on a hybrid, interim basis until the end of July 2023.

In this role, you will be working across short-medium term projects for the client, as well as addressing equality and inclusivity within new and existing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop 12 year customer and user campaigns, ensuring alignment with the 3year plan.
Lead integration of wider team for agreed projects.
Lead on the daytoday management and delivery of integrated communications campaigns and behaviour change programmes.
Generate ideas and ensure all channel owners have a chance to contribute to the plan.
Understand final strategy and translate this into deliverables for their channels.
Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with the wider brand guidelines and legal compliance.
Lead process for capturing campaign metrics and feeding this back to wider teams, with the objective of continuous process improvement.
Manage project and campaign budgets of circa £50K £2M, allocating this across all customer communication channels.

Requirements:

Experienced in the planning and delivery of outcomes regarding focused customer communications campaigns.
Good experience working with 3rd party agencies particularly those of a creative media and behavioural change nature.
Strong knowledge of customer and user communications and behaviour change strategy and the role that both can play.
Strong knowledge of all core marketing communications channels: above and below the line (including TV, radio, press and posters), face to face, direct mail, on line, digital and social media.
Knowledge of other channels of engagement including PR / news, stakeholder engagement and how to engage with our people.
