The Challenge

  • Daily control of our Dealer Portal.
  • Routine Checks of vehicles delivered from manufactures, ensuring no damage has occurred.
  • Daily yard checks for all sites that store sales chassis.
  • Daily yard checks to ensure that no damage has occurred to parked vehicles.
  • Performing weekly progress checks on all sales executives and the admin team.
  • Liaising with bodybuilders and thirdparty fitment companies when work has been planned for new vehicles.
  • Booking in vehicles for required fitments when they arrive in the UK.
  • Organising collections and deliveries of vehicles with our logistics team.
  • Liaising with the Sales Department and Sales Admin team with timescales including:Status of orders,
Timescales with Bodybuilders,
Expected delivery dates,
PDI completion dates,
Expected handover date to customers.

  • Liaising with the workshop and parts department, ensuring all parts required for each vehicle are ordered in good time.
  • Ensuring all documentation is signed by the workshop controller.
  • Adhering to the dealer fit scheme.
  • Performing any other duties that are necessary from the sales admin manager.

To succeed you'll need

  • Competent I.T skills.
  • Great phone manners and customer service skills.
  • To be efficient and process driven.
  • Flexibility, being able to prioritise your own workload whilst supporting the team.
  • To be responsive and willing to learn, receive training, and develop yourself.
  • Excellent relationship skills with colleagues, customers, and thirdparty businesses, while understanding the importance of delivering a great service.
  • The ability and motivation to work on your own initiative.

You'll really hit the ground running if you have

  • A broad understanding of commercial vehicles.
  • Experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
  • Customer service experience
  • Admin and process skills.

Who are RH Commercial Vehicles ?


With over 40 years of experience in the commercial vehicle market, we are the ones with all the trucks and vans people need.

We're an official Renault Trucks and Isuzu Trucks dealer operating from six sites across the East Midlands.

We are a large and lively team of proud professionals, and our sales admin team keep the business booming. Within that team, you will be based at our Nottingham site.


Our sales admin team ensures the process of a customer purchasing to driving away with a vehicle is smooth, and work hard to make sure there are no bumps on the way.

Being able to monitor the status of vehicles, book them into maintenance and sort what parts they need is where you come in
