The Credit Controller will be responsible for:

  • Chasing overdue and aged debt, reducing debtor days.
  • Taking ownership of your own accounts, building positive working relationships with suppliers
  • Managing your own inbox
  • Query resolution
  • Managing customer portals
  • Cash allocation
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Credit checks
  • Assisting the wider finance team when necessary

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Credit Controller will have:

  • A proven track record within a busy Credit Control team
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
