Precia Molen are a global player in the weighing industry and well known in the UK (and worldwide) for weighbridges & process weighing and more.

Our UK office is located in Dunfermline with the group's head office in France, but we serve well known customers throughout the UK and abroad.


Would you like to join us?

We would like you to:


  • Process supplier invoice when received and liaise with purchasing department to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure all invoices are paid within the correct timescale and reconcile supplier statements and resolve any issues.
  • Keep up to date with any VAT rates and changes.
  • Maintain supplier accounts on the SAP System and maintain a password file with any new or changes to their details.
  • Process weekly staff expenses and advise of any changes to the scheduling.
  • File invoices and expenses and deal with any incoming post whilst in the office.
  • Inform the Finance Manager of likely outgoing payments to assist with cash flow.

What you will have:


  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Knowledge and experience with current VAT rules
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Confident in Excel (must include Pivot Tables)
  • The ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and initiative. You will need to be able to show the ability of working in a team
  • You must have the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision to meet the deadlines of the business.
  • You will have the ability to organise own work schedule e.g. keeping note of weekly, monthly, quarterly invoices/changes to mileage rates.
