Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in our kitchen. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall dining experience for our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high quality standards
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, etc.
  • Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

Skills:


  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Culinary training or certification is a plus

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
£12.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
