  • Workplace Options have an exciting opportunity for a German speaking Recruitment Specialist in our Ealing, London office. This would be a hybrid working position with a mix of home and office working days. The Recruitment Specialist assists the Workplace Options Counselling team by _expanding WPO's network of providers of mental health services and _identifying available providers for our clients who are in need of shortterm counselling assistance around the world._

Responsibilities:

_**- _Expand WPO's network of providers of mental health services (counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists, wellness coaches and trainers) in all locations where WPO has covered lives, currently over 200 countries and territories.

_
- _Recruit mental health professionals to provide ad hoc psychological support to WPO clients.
- _ _Identify clients' needs and match the appropriate provider with client using our proprietary database._
- _Enter provider information into our database/case management system._
- _
Respond to provider inquiries within the specified turnaround times._
- _ Maintain accurate and up to date electronic provider records._
- _Maintain strict confidentiality of our clients' information._
- _Communicate provider information to our clients._
- _Proactively manage caseload._


Requirements:


_ Required Qualifications:
_

- _Must have fluent German and English verbal and written communication skills._
- _Previous experience working delivering information services desirable._
